The Gravestone of Alphonso Cale James,
His Wife Phoebe and Children Elsie May, Alphonso and Tom George
at Bedwellty Church, Monmouthshire

In ever loving memory of Elsie May, youngest daughter
of Alphonso and Phoebe James, Phillipstown, New Tredegar
who passed away March 16th 1922. Aged 15 years.

Ere sin could blight or sorrow fade
Death came with friendly care
The opening bud to Heaven conveyed
And bade it blossom there

Also Alphonso aged 18 months and Tom George aged 11 months.

Suffer little children to come unto me.

Also the above Alphonso C. James who died April 4th 1945. Aged 74 years.

Also the above Phoebe James, died May 1st 1954. Aged 78 years.

Reunited
